A relaxed and happy weddingCiara and Darraghget married at St Brigids Church, Drumkeeran with reception at Kilronan Castle, County Roscommon

Ciara and Darragh choose the beautiful midlands of Ireland to get married. Kilronan Castle is a magnificent venue in County Roscommon, which overlooks Lough Meelagh. This is an area that the couple know well – a home from home. It was a beautiful day making it possible for everyone to enjoy the grounds outdoors as Tropical Storm played jingle after jingle.

There was a real sense of family and friends as close as kin at this wedding. Every year a large proportion of their respective family and friends assemble and holiday together in Spain. Subsequently, there were far too many good stories to fit in to all the speeches, but, as you will see from the photos, they were still filled with good tales of good times. Not only that, but there was even a telegram from none other than George and Amal Clooney, wishing the newly married couple well!! I kid you not! A little nod to their very successful respective careers in Law, particularly Darraghs field of Human Rights Law.

I have concentrated on collecting the images which reflect the personality of the day and the people that made it so special. It was hard to narrow them down and as usual I have failed miserably! But this is what happens when you have so many smiling faces and good connections!
