The Wedding Day of Ursula and Finbarr
Such a special day. It’s always a little gratifying and slightly nerve wracking (in a good way!) when a fellow wedding industry colleague asks you to participate in their very own wedding day. I have watched Ursula work tirelessly behind the scenes at so many weddings, she is a force of nature. Her florals are always outstanding so I know I wasn’t alone in being really excited to see what her own wedding to Finbarr would look like. On the sunniest of June days, they got married in her local Church, co-officiated by Finbarrs Great Uncle, Father McQuaid. Every detail was thought out, planned. Visually everything was stunning, but beyond that everyone was just so glad for this young, hard working and successful couple that, despite the set backs of Covid, they finally had their big day. No time for a honeymoon that week! Ursula was straight back into her wedding season that week! Theres dedication! Have a look at their day, so much inspriation.
Thank you so much for asking me to take your wedding photographs. What with a bridesmaid/sister also being a Photographer, and everyone being very well versed in Weddings! It was the highest of honours. Congratulations Ursula and Finbarr on the most beautiful of days! A joy to photograph. A complete joy.
Big huge thank you to the very lovely Sara Pickering who assisted me on this shoot! Such great work, thank you Sara!
